The rest will be paid on arrival (at check-in). Please note that the use of air conditioning is optional in the Double Room and the Triple Room and comes at a charge of 1000 CVE per day. Please inform the Residencial La Marea B&B in advance about your arrival time. For this you can use the Special Requests box during the booking process. in Apartment with 2 rooms: a deposit of 10,000 CVE upon arrival is required to cover incidental charges. The deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, subject to inspection of the accommodation to check any eventual damage. Guests are requires to show a photo identification upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
