Co-live at Podshare! We all sleep in the same room but have 3 floors of breakout rooms.
* 24hour keypad entry, and property manager onsite

* Office area with 6 individual desks to call your own
* WIFI, fireplace, lockers, linens and towels
* Each pod has a personal television, outlets, nightlight, and storage.
The minimum length of stay is 30 nights.
The maximum length of stay is 90 nights.
Social and fun
There is the benefit of free laundry, dedicated desk space, daily cleaning, and all utilities included.
Quiet hours as of 10 pm, until 10 am means turn your phone to vibrate and whisper
Linens, towel, toiletries, WIFI, food in the fridge, bicycles, computer access, laundry for $5/load, housekeeping, maintenance, a network of access hubs to lounge or stay across.

As a PodShare member, you won't pay a security deposit nor any other fees, and have access to our entire Los Angeles housing network if you wish to transfer for a little vacation or need to go to SoCal for work.

We’re working on a PupShare concept, but at this time all PodShare locations can only accommodate service animals.
