到着予定時刻をGAVA Hostelに事前に連絡してください。 出発予定日を繰り上げてチェックアウトする場合も、予約済みの宿泊料金合計を支払う必要があります。 駐車場はスペースに限りがあるため、ご利用は空き状況によります。 この宿泊施設は住宅街にあるため、大きな声や音を出さないようにご配慮ください。 チェックインの際、写真付きの身分証明書とクレジットカードの提示が必要となります。特別リクエストは確約ではなく、チェックイン時の状況により利用できない場合があり、また追加料金が必要となる可能性があります。 到着時に、USD 20の損害補償用デポジットの支払いが必要となります。 現金でお支払いください。 デポジットはチェックアウト時に返金されます。 デポジットは宿泊施設の点検後、問題がなければ現金にて全額返金されます。 新型コロナウイルス（COVID-19）の発生を受け、この宿泊施設では安全および衛生に関する追加の対策が行われています。 Guests are required to present a valid photo I.D. and sign a contract on arrival. For late check-in (from 21:00 pm - 00:00 am) or early check out (before 7:00 am) guest must contact the property in advance and pay additional charges $25. If late arrivals is planned, from 21:00 pm until 00:00 am (midnight), contact us directly only by written request and make an inquiry on the possible provision of this service. Check-in after 00:00 am (midnight) is not possible. Payment must be done only CASH in US Dollars. If you would like to pay in Dominican Peso or Euros, payment will be calculated with the hostel's exchange rate. Security Deposit $20 - Dorm and $40 - Private room is a guarantee for the safety of the hostel property, keys and compliance with all internal rules of the hostel. Deposit is refundable at the time of departure, at observance of the rules.
