The hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation in case the deposit has not been transferred. Guests are required to show a passport (or a birth certificate for children) upon request. Please note that an additional refundable deposit of 500 RUB and 2000 RUB for groups of more than 5 people is required at check-in and will be returned upon departure.
