Please note that the property can only be reached via the Schlossalmbahn Cable Car, which starts in the centre of Bad Hofgastein. From the top station of the cable car, the Hofgasteinerhaus can be reached in a 15-minute walk (or in 2 minutes on skis). You can leave your luggage in the top station (storage room no.2), and it will be picked up by staff later.
A one-time research tax of EUR 1.10 is charged by the town for guests over 14 years of age for stays of 5 or more nights.
