Our reception staff have all lived in Edinburgh for some time & are brilliant local experts, helping you find the things you want to do in the city.
We provide free breakfast from 6 am-10 am & can provide free towels to guests.

In times of uncertainty and your peace of mind, we recommend you select a flexible rate with free cancellation. If your plans change, you can always cancel free of charge until the cancellation expires.
All guests must be aged 18 or older unless accompanied by a parent in a private room (i.e. guests must book all beds in one dorm)
Photo Identification is required from all guests on arrival.
Please note: A £10 key deposit is required upon check-in. You will receive this deposit back once the key is given in to reception at check out.
The property is located on the third floor, with stair access only. As a result, it may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.
