St. Andrews town is a wonderful place to visit, whether you are coming to play at the Home of Golf, or watch golf at the 'Old Course' – which is the oldest golf course in the world – but there are several other courses to play as well! Central located, big kitchen

To stay in this hostel is quite an experience because of all sorts of people living here, coming from different backgrounds and different age groups; some guys have been staying here for a long time, and also some of the guests are rather eccentric. This place has a very distinct spirit and felt more like an old-school pension than a hostel. If you relax and go with the flow you can really enjoy this unusual atmosphere, just as we did :) The facilities are rather good, kitchen is well-equipped and the property is being kept clean. Big respect to the friendly and helpful staff guys who manage to find their way with all different sorts of guests.
