This includes changing linens, emptying the trash cans, vacuuming and emptying the fridge. For guests who do not want to clean the house, an extra fee of CAD 150 can be arranged for cleaning. Breakfast is not included when booking individual rooms, but can be reserved on site. Breakfast cannot be arranged on site if you are renting the entire house. Damaged or stolen personal items in the house will be charged to the guest. A security deposit of CAD 500 will be charged upon check-in on the guest’s credit card and refundable after check-out if no damage has been done to the house. Please note that guests will be charged the total amount if any item from the house has been broken, stained or damaged.
