Towels are changed and bins are emptied every 3 to 4 days for stays over 4 nights. Bed linen is changed every 7 days for stays over 10 nights. Additional towel and linen changes are available on request and are subject to an andditional charge. Please note that 1 parking space is available for each apartment and should be reserved before arrival. Please inform Haus Anastasia in advance of your expected arrival time and give a mobile phone contact in case of emergency. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer or credit card is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after booking to provide bank transfer instructions or to confirm that your credit card has been processed.
