You can access the residence 24/7 by using the SMS code that will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. If you have any problems or lose the code, you can call the residence using the contact details on the booking confirmation.

Reception opening hours:
Monday to Friday: 07:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 21:00
Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 17:00
Sunday: 08:00 to 12:00
The reception is closed on French public holidays.

Please note that:
For stays from 1 to 6 nights, end-of-stay cleaning is included.
For stays from 7 to 27 nights, weekly cleaning is included.
For stays from 28 days, cleaning service will be provided every 2 weeks. Additional cleaning can be provided at extra cost.
Please note that guests are responsible for cleaning their kitchen area before departure. If the kitchen area is not clean, an extra fee will apply.

For non-refundable bookings, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation with a link in order to make their payment online. For bookings of 7 nights or more, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation in order to have their credit card pre-authorised.
