This property is at GEC Viva, a 17-floor tower located in the heart of Downtown Vancouver, featuring panoramic views of the city and mountains.
We feature fully furnished apartments and rooms for students, working professionals, and small families.
Our apartments include linens, kitchenware, appliances, and even in-unit laundry. We also include WiFi, utilities, housekeeping, security, on-site management, and so much more.
By foot or by bus, all your downtown amenities are just 5 minutes away.

Our minimum stay is only 30 days, so you can move in and move out whenever you like.

Face masks are required in all common areas. Self-isolation/quarantine is not available in our shared accommodations. You may be referred to our hotel, GEC Granville Suites, instead.

In times of uncertainty and your peace of mind, we recommend you select a flexible rate with free cancellation. If your plans change, you can always cancel free of charge until the cancellation expires.
Any person who is over 18 and is enrolled with an educational institution can live at any of our GEC residences. All locations require a minimum occupancy of 5 weeks, with the exception of GEC Granville.
Private apartments and suites are eligible to the general public.
Semester rates are calculated as 4 months or more.
Rates do not include the Security Deposit, Amenities Fee, or any other applicable fees.
Security Deposit 2 weeks rent (refundable after check-out)
Amenities Fee $125 plus 5% GST
