Face masks are required in all common areas. Self-isolation/quarantine is not available in our shared accommodations. You may be referred to our hotel, GEC Granville Suites, instead.

In times of uncertainty and your peace of mind, we recommend you select a flexible rate with free cancellation. If your plans change, you can always cancel free of charge until the cancellation expires.
The minimum lease term is 5 weeks.
Semester rates are calculated as 4 months or more.
Rates do not include the Security Deposit, Amenities Fee, or any other applicable fees.
Security Deposit 2 weeks rent (refundable after check-out)
Amenities Fee $125 plus 5% GST
Reservation Change Fee $100 plus 5% GST
Request Fee $50 plus 5% GST
Any person who is over 18 and is enrolled with an educational institution can live at any of our GEC residences.
