Student accommodationEnjoy this magical place and experience high-quality accommodation at the chic Alp Studios, just nearby the “Flaucher” – the city’s own beach along the banks of the Isar. The newly designed, fully furnished modern apartments each have a private bathroom and are stylishly decorated. Some rooms also have a balcony, a smart TV, and a box spring bed. The rental prices shown include not only the rent for the fully-furnished rooms but also the costs for heating, water and electricity. Internet and the use of the many facilities are also free of charge for you as a tenant. There are community balconies as well as parking spaces for rent.

Enjoy the alpine views from the roof terrace, get active in the urban gardening and fitness area, or work on your projects in our co-working space. In addition to your own room, you have access to the completely renovated common areas including a TV lounge, an outdoor fitness area on the roof terrace, a co-working space, a fitness & relaxation zone, a gaming lounge, and laundry and drying rooms. There is also an events lounge in the basement available for you to use. Our friendly, diverse community often meet and enjoy the common spaces, so there’s always an opportunity to socialize.
