Surf City Hostel

朝食はとても豊富！

Loved it! It was clean and well run. Felt safe the entire time and got to meet some great people. Hostel is right above party district so hopefully you don’t mind a bit of noise. Other than that, 100% would recommend

Proximity to beach (surf view from every window), great atmosphere, excellent room (stayed in the womens only 6person own bath dorm)

It was very near the beach! The staff were friendly and helpful - maybe due to them mainly being French :)

The location was fantastic. I am just about to start a Contiki tour, and have been here for 9 days, did not want to leave!

Location right on the beach, and lots of happening bars, restaurants, pubs next door/on the street. Seemed to be lots going on and lots of friendly travellers. Good place to meet people. We were warned about the noise from other reviews since the hostel is right above a pub, but I didn't think it was that bad. If you are a light sleeper maybe not the best spot but I really didn't notice it that much.

Awesome place to stay if you're in LA to party. Not so great if you want a good night's sleep.

The Location is unbeatable! I could see the Ocean while taking a shower, right on the pier, if you want to surf and or party. It's far out from central LA but you can rent a car or take the bus (takes a while though). The staff is very helpful, there is a chilled vibe going on. I also liked the Hostel offer to rent a bike for 10 dollars a day and the also provide boogie boards and volleyballs.

Super close the beach! Friendly staff and good place to meet travellers from all over!
