Chambre pas propre, j'ai retrouvé un sous vêtement sale derrière le lit. Le radiateur n'a marché qu'un seul jour sinon il faisait très froid. Pour le petit déjeuner, les boîtes de céréales sont pleine de crasse, la vaisselle est à moitié faites. Le seul point positif, le personnel est gentil et disponible. Je pense qu'on peut trouver bien mieux pour le même prix !

Me encanto el trato de los empleados, son muy atentos y serviciales, demás amigables, pero el hostel en si tiene malas instalaciones y poca limpieza, los baños son muy malos.

J’ai réservé 4mois a l’avance et j’ai payé une misère pour une semaine pour 2. En soit l’auberge est a la hauteur du prix, je n’aurai pas aimé payer plus que 35-40€ la semaine par personne pour l’endroit. Le personnel est plutot sympathique mais il ne faut pas attendre d’accueil tres chaleureux ! Pareil pour des questions, il faudra prendre les devant et demander. La douche fait tres tres peur ! Mais elle est assez propre, elle est juste usée. Je oense qu’un bon coup de peinture ( plus soigné que maintenant ) ferait du bien a cet endroit. Il y a un service petit dejeuner pour 2£ ! On mange a volonté ( mais il ne faudra pas hésiter a demander des produits qui ne seraient pas sortis..) Si non l’endroit convient bien comme toit sur la tete. Ne pas s’attendre a un miracle quand on paye 70€ La semaine pour 2 ! Super emplacement au passage, on peut visiter une tres belle banlieue de londres, du metro jusqu’a l’auberge.

L'auberge est assez sale, les propriétaires sont très désagréables. Ceux-ci m'ont dit à mon arrivé que le prix indiqué sur le site internet est faux et qu'il fallait que je paye 12£ au lieu de 7£. Il a dont fallu que je choisisse entre dormir dehors ou payer plus cher. C'est inacceptable. Je ne vous recommande pas d'aller dans cette auberge

Auberge correcte pour son prix, personnel sympa, efficace, accueillant et disponible. Les lits étaient confortable, la chambre propre . L'auberge mériterai un petit rafraichissement, quelques coups de pinceaux et quelques petits aménagements. Le ménage est fait. Cuisine équipé comme il faut et petit déjeuner correct. Le laissé allé des voyageurs présent (ce jour là en tout cas) laisse par contre lui à désirer; les déchets à coté de la poubelle aux toilettes, dans la cuisine; déchet pas jeté sur les tables et tables pas lavé, fenêtre de la salle de bain jamais ouverte (humidité qui stagne bonjour) etc... si chacun était attentif les espaces communs ne s'en porterai que mieux et cela soulagerai peut-être d'un poids les employés. Ambiance générale sympa, autres voyageurs aussi, idem pour les clients du pub. Bonne expérience malgré les petits points négatifs évoqué, bon rapport qualité prix, j'y retournerai certainement si je retourne à Londres.

Auberge pas chère pour clientèle jeune tolérante à la propreté

The first impression is the most important and it decided for my good opinion. The girl at the front desk (Velta) is very nice and with a smile on her face told me all about the hostel, showed me a room and all facilities. I stayed in a cheapest dorm room (15 beds), but I felt very convinient with comfortable linen and quiet guests. Most of them were using that room only for sleep puproses what I really liked and because of that I was more sure none of my wothless belongings could be stolen. The hostel offers lockers, but you've got to have your own padlock (if you don't want to overprice for the ones they offer). Ground floor (the bar) is nicely adorned, part for hostel guests is clearly separated from public area, the hostel itself is a quite place, I felt safe there. Staff were very helpful when I wanted to reach certain places, there not only gave me directions but also were happy to show me on their computer the map with actual place's localization. What I loved the most in the hostel was localization. It is just 30 minutes walk from my job, that's why I so much regret I couldn't stay there longer than two weeks. They have plenty of showers in a very good condition, I never had to wait in a queue. There's many guests in the hostel so sometimes the floors are wet, but the staff are doing their best to keep it clean and tidy. They deserve some kind of award of cleanliness ;) There is no real kitchen in that hostel but they have kettle and microwave oven so you can make your porridge for the breakfast and maybe sandwiches for the lunch. I wish they could have a toaster for everyday use, because bread in UK is a crap to be honest (even wholemeal is not a wholemeal bread). If you're too lazy to buy cereals and milk you can use buffet for 1.50 gbp which is not that bad if you have money to spend. They have not only bunch of cereals but also toasts with cheese or jam but of course no eggs :( (why not boil them in the kettle? hehehe). Okay, enough of it. For me this hostel is great and I trulely recommend it to y'all. I spent there very nice time and if it would be possible I'd stay there longer. Great people, great localization and comfortable, soft and warm linen. Keep it up guys! Jesteście kochani!

Very nice place

The position is great, the price is unbeatable, the staff is friendly and helpfull. The common area is a pub at the first floor, with a small kitchen and many tables and sofas to relax on. In the 6 beds rooms there are two triple bunk beds, a solution that leave more free space in the room than other hostels with regular bunk beds. Lockers are in the room.

Excellent value for money, nice atmosphere, clean room, good location near the Underground.

There was a bar just downstairs and the guys running at are really friendly.

I've stayed in many hostels over the years travelling and rate this the best for customer service and general positive vibes, super central and the bedding was fresh and clean along with the rest of the property. The staff are super friendly and most people i have met here have extended their stay.

Enjoyed my stay. The bed and the facilities were comfortable for the price paid. I would recommend this place.

Great staff and super friendly atmosphere. The hostel was a little far off from city center but only a 10 minute walk away from the underground train statoin. It was great to do sightseeing for a day, come back, and have a couple of beers in the bar area of the hostel.

I felt safe and slept well. I got what I paid for. Not expensive hostel.

The Breakfast was cheap and good; cereals, bread for toast and vegemite spread! bananas and juice/coffee/tea. Quiet place. Staff helped with my suitcase up the stairs :)

The price is right for a place in west london.

Price is great for what you get. Has a good vibe with common area being combined with public bar. Mattresses very comfortable and rooms very quiet. Great for sleeping. Also location is in a quiet part of London but close to cute little street of shops. Awesome Starbucks near by. And close to public transport to get to centre on London.
