It was close to the national parks making it easy to get to for days out bike riding. The staff were very helpful and friendly! The garden/seating area out the back facing the canal was lovely. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was better than most free hostel breakfasts that I've had, there was fruit, cheese and eggs. However there was no toaster so you had to eat your bread cold and un toasted.

The area nearly is really really beautiful, is a relaxing place to stay, The hostel breakfast, the room and also the internet is very nice.

I really like that the breakfast was included in the price for the hostel, also that the bathroom with toilet and shower is in your room, so you do not have to go outside and the bar was also quite nice

Very nice place, clean, safe & well priced for the amenities. Yes it is a 10 min bus ride to central station, but at least the bus stop is right in front of hostel. Terrific breakfast, generous portions, fresh servings & brown eggs. A+

Nice and friendly with good breakfast and bike hire

clean, good breakfast (although bread was better in the past: this year they switched to biologic bread, which is surely healthy but it tastes less fresh than frozen bread on Sundays)

1) very clean, tidy and comfortable hostel 2) bus 2 stop is just 1 min walk from the hostel 3) Free car parking in the hostel and if it’s unfortunately filled in then just 5 mints walk there is residential area and you can park the car there. 4) Free wifi internet. 5) Beautiful kitchen and a very pleasant bar 6) Friendly and very helpful staff 7) You can borrow a lock and return when you leave the hostel. 8) Hostel is in a very pretty area with canals and greenery and a park. Will I go there again and recommend it to others 1 million % yes. My ranking 4.8/5

Really spacious and very friendly staff. We felt welcomed and were pretty happy with facilities and tasty breakfast.

Only affordable place for a weekend in Amsterdam. Not too inconvenient given it's so far away (only 15mins by train to Amsterdam, & 10mins from station by bus). Good breakfast. Helpful staff.

Clean and spacious room, good for big family on a shoestring budget holiday.

The location is very picturesque, but outside city centre. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was excellent. There were table games in a common room.
