We are located in Zagarolo-Rome, a beautiful Wine Area just 30 minutes (by train) from Rome downtown (“Roma Termini” railway). Discover our double IN&OUT; Experience and join the opportunity to travel INside the history of Rome and OUTside the big tourist crowd! Enjoy the real italian local experience of Zagarolo & nearby area: the so-called Colli Romani (Roman Hills) after Rome, go local with the support of our friendly crew :)

Rooms are clean and nice. Staff are friendly and kind. Pool was great and they also have activities. I enjoyed the pasta night. Its so charming.. The place and its location.
