Welcome to FIAP Paris in the 14th district at the centre of Paris.
International Centre for Accommodation and Seminars, FIAP Paris is an atypical place with a hostel atmosphere and the comfort of a hotel.
Located in the heart of Paris 14th, we offer a very good value for money.
With 192 ensuite rooms from 1 to 7 beds, with a total of 486 beds, come and stay with us in a private or shared room. All our rooms offer a private bathroom with shower and private toilet.
Adapted rooms for disabled guests are available on request.
Breakfast is included
Onsite Self Service and Bar for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

To serve this project, FIAP Paris carries out two main activities:
It lodges and welcomes in priority young people and groups of young people of all nationalities.

We are located 20 minutes from the Latin Quarter, Le Louvre and the Eiffel Tower by metro ! If you are passing through Paris, the FIAP is the solution for you!
Saint-Jacques Metro Station, Glacière Metro Station, Denfert-Rochereau Metro Station, Mouton Duvernet Metro Station, Alésia Metro Station and Corvisart Metro Station are all around 5-10 minute walk away.

There are no age restrictions for private rooms. But for dorm rooms, reservations are for people aged between 18 and 30 years old only.
Please note that there are local taxes to be paid on check in. 2.60€ per person per night
Please note that anyone under the age of 18 cannot stay in the hostel without having at least 1 person over 18 with them. This is very important. You will be refused on arrival if not.
3 nights minimum stay for group bookings
We accept under 18s for group bookings, and they must take the whole dorm to themselves.

私たちは60代の夫婦で、週末の2晩をFIAPで過ごしました。静かで、防音性が非常に高く、私たちにぴったりの施設でした。家族、若者、学童のグループ、退職者が特に朝食時に肩を寄せ合いますが、それは良いことです。 1階ではキューバの美しい写真展。
