Our laundry room is just off the common area and has a handy app that enables you to see when your laundry is finished.

Our spacious studios are equipped with everything you need including a large study table, lots of storage and of course your own private bathroom and kitchen.

You will have your own private mailbox to receive your post to, just don't forget your key!

Important information

All prices shown are per person, per week including fast WiFi, contents insurance and bills.

An advanced rent payment of up to one week’s rent is required when booking. When you move in, this money will transfer to your rent account, provided that you have met the terms in the Agreement.

Once you have signed your AST and paid your advanced rent payment online you are agreeing to take up your place within the accommodation and are bound to pay the AST fee in its entirety. Any subsequent request to cancel will require you to find a student to replace you, who is approved by aparto. This carries an administration fee of £100

We don’t provide a TV Licence, so residents will be responsible for splitting this annual charge among housemates.
