サイトに提示されているものと4の非準拠の部屋。壁に窓があり、世帯が行っていない、非常にきれいなシートではない。遵守とシートの変更の要求についての苦情の後、マネージャーは私達にすぐに去るように頼み、そして最初の夜の払い戻しを拒否した。さらに台所と食堂で我々は壁とテーブルの上にゴキブリの存在に気づいた。

The location was great. It was close to the city center and CBD. Wifi can be a bit unreliable at times, kitchen facilities could be improved. It's a pretty decent place but it could be better.

The beds are pretty comfortable however it would be nice to have tables and chairs inside the rooms as the pods gets a bit cramped. The walls are pretty thin you can hear the noises outside. Its a good thing they have a bar downstairs to avoid disturbing sleeping guests. Receptionists are friendly. Insulation could be improved.

The hostel is clean, and the beds were comfortable. The place is small, but adequate. It covers your basic needs. The atmosphere is very welcoming. The owners were very caring.

The owners are absolutely lovely and really care about their guests. Plugs are provided next to the bunk for the guests’ convenience. Breakfast is also included they have everything a traveller needs.

You can’t beat the location of this hostel in Nelson. Clean rooms, great staff, free shuttle!
