The Hostel

到着予定時刻をザ ホステルに事前に連絡してください。 チェックインの際、写真付きの身分証明書とクレジットカードの提示が必要となります。特別リクエストは確約ではなく、チェックイン時の状況により利用できない場合があり、また追加料金が必要となる可能性があります。 Please be aware due to the current Corona virus pandemic the Hostel will no longer be allocating beds based on type selected but instead will be allocating beds to try and minimise total room occupancy. Until further notice the Hostel's communal areas will be closed daily, with the exception of the kitchen, which will be open from 9:00 until 20:00 only and will be subject to a 2-person rule. A surcharge of GBP 5 per booking applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests after 23:00 must ring the night bell for attention. Please note: The TV lounge, kitchen and lockers are available between 08:00 and 23:00 daily. The minimum age for booking a dorm bed is 18. The Hostel accepts long term lets up to a maximum of 2 weeks. It is at the managements discretion to allow stays for longer than 14 nights. Guests are required to show a form of photo identification such as a passport, driving license, residency cards or European ID cards upon check-in. Group Bookings: Please note that if you are a group of 8 or more people you will be asked to pay the remaining balance as a group (not individually). A security deposit of GBP 20 is required per person on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that you should allow time for your room to be checked on departure as this can take up to 15 minutes, if you fail to leave time for your room/s to be inspected the deposits will not be returned. Disturbing other residents will also result in a penalty charge, the amount will be determined on a case by case basis. Upon arrival your group will be asked to read through an introduction letter which lists damages and penalty charges, the hostel reserves the right to change these at any time without warning. Cancelling group bookings: If you are a party of 8 or more people our standard group cancellation policy applies. Cancellations must be made no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival or a cancellation charge applies.
