About the place
A villa by the sea on Bella Sicilia. Directly behind the dunes, in the middle of a fertile and diverse permaculture garden.
Dance events, yoga courses and art projects take place on the large terrace.
We welcome young and old, especially solo travellers, but of course also couples and families.
Everyone who visits us is warmly invited to take part in our community life and help shape this project, even for a short time.
We live in and with nature, respect and protect it, and want to live as plastic-free as possible.
A natural sandy beach awaits you, Manfria Beach,for kilometer-long walks in both directions of the VELA VEGA.

Anyone who is curious, tolerant and respectful and wants to get to know life in a community or have a new experience is in the right place.
Workshops and dance evenings take place on this beautiful terrace, overlooking the sea. Anyone who has ideas and wants to help shape them is welcome.
The dune in front of our villa is a unique habitat for plants and animals. In March, the white broom blooms here.
La VELA VEGA was built in 1975 and finally completed in 1986. I bought it in 2021 as "Villa Patrizia", named after the deceased daughter of the previous owner. It has a living space of 400sqm, divided into 2 apartments, 5 rooms and 5 bathrooms.
We have a BBQ for guests and, around Butera, you can snorkel.
